The scaffold was effected the day prior to commencement of works. We then carefully stripped the original and defective tiled roof, including laths and felt in order to make way for new treated batons and fully breathable felt. The client choice a brown sanded double pan tile to tie in with the neighbouring roof and enhance the overall look of both properties.
Dry verge system was used to the gable end ensuring a maintenance free water tight finish.
Ridge tiles were bedded and pointed and all lead work replaced before sealing and pointing where needed.

On completion the roof has a fresh look which not only enhances its ascetic appeal but its overall performance ensuring the building is kept watertight from the elements for many years to come.

As added peace of mind our customers were give a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on all works and labour meaning the guarantee really is worth the paper it’s written on.

Site was left clear and tidy. The owner was a repeat customer whom had recently moved and promises to recommend us in future.
